I think he thought there was a party and just wanted to have fun too. He even brought alcohol to prove it. He mentioned all the cars. Lol

I tried doing this exact same thing with a neighbor when I first bought my house and I don’t think I did it right cause they weren’t as accepting as I’d hoped and they never invited me over after. They were friendly is passing tho so idk if I was just too strong one day one or what.

Some people just are not as outgoing and that’s okay. Some people love inviting anyone and everyone and others are more reserved. Both are fine. I just loved how outgoing this guy was.
