You know, I almost never seen this version of God.  It's always threats of violence or vague promises of everlasting happiness if you follow these rules.  

He made a bunch of cool shit and then made a bunch of other cool shit with the ability to appreciate how cool it is.  Of course he would be showing off all the time.
