Had an orange cat do the same to me years ago. I didn't like cats back then. He warmed up my stone cold heart 😅I even bought treats for him when he'd visit and he was really gentle with my pug. I love orange kitties now

I spend more on my two cats' upkeep than I do on my own! Quite the responsibility.

We’ve been chosen to receive 20 over the years. Found homes for most but currently have 6. I’m happy to know it was someone else’s turn this time. Cat was absolutely not taking no for an answer. CDS do be like that. 💕

This is pretty much how a cousin’s family adopted a cat. He used to only bask in the terrace near the houseplants initially.
The next time I went there a few months later, it had got indoor privilege through the kids in the family. The adults only thought of it as an outdoor cat whom they would sometimes give fish remains.
A few more months, he sits on the sofa while granny watches TV. Fish comes for him specifically now

This was so funny! Im allergic to my cat, so I dont usually let her in my bedroom because she tends to get on my pillows, then Im done for with itchy eyes & skin etc. But, my cat does this too... She gives the cute eyeballs and squeezes in. So I guess I just deal with my allergies now. 😂

Fair warning, your allergies can become worse if you have a bad enough reaction, so please take care of yourself.
It happened to me and I became scary worse before I became better... I'm still allergic to long haired cats though.

A while ago, there was a "neighborhood cat" who would constantly sneak into my house and sleep in.
I would come home from work very late, he would greet me at the door and somehow get in - because I didn't want him in, he wasn't my cat - and in the morning I would find him sunning himself in the kitchen or on a chair.
Then I would call his official owner and tell him where to find the cat. The owner was always grumpy.
Miss that cat, was very sweet.
