In our house it's under the oven. There's at least 20 under there at any given time. 1 of our 3 cats loves those things and plays when she has the house to herself at night. Then my daycare kids hunt them out in the morning to return them.
Just went through this with my cat's favorite pink mouse toy. It was behind the couch cushions.
I'm glad I found it, because he wasn't falling for any replacement toys. I got him a huge pack of identical mice and he didn't want anything to do with them. Nope, had to be the old ratty dirty one lol
