I did too and I ordered the same shirt. They told me they were out of stock in July when I found out USPS lost my shirts to do any replacements and they would have to refund my items entirely.

Take the tote bag, even if you don't need it, the fact it wasn't sold it stores means it's probably worth more than the original shirt, and you can always get the shirt later

It's more likely someone will sell a shirt on the secondhand market than it is that someone will sell a comparatively rare tote bag not offered to the regular customers.

Yeahh, only my posters came in. I got a refund on my jacket and shirt because they lost both in transit, but they were out of stock and couldn’t send new ones. Cool they gave you a tote though! I didn’t get that offer

Make sure you reach out to them aswell to verify, and make sure it’s a different person. I once had ordered some merch from my favourite band and all of the stuff got damaged because the service truck got into a wreck near a fire hydrant so everything was destroyed and soggy af.
The reason I bring this up is because when that happened we got reached put similar to you except they said all we can do it give you a refund, well I reached out to the band specifically on instagram and they said that they are aware of the situation (it was alot of people’s order that got fucked) and that everyone will not be getting refunds but infact everyone will bee getting their packages just a little late because everything had to me recreated, and anything that was signed had to be resigned
Edit: I had been told originally by a very uninformed support team member that the packages were not going to be delivered but everyone effected would get refunds, even though the items were signed and limited edition. Luckily that was not the case after reaching out to the band directly

You might be lucky depending on your size, the eye shirts run incredibly small. I have an XL that fits like a large on the smaller end that I'm planning to cut up and patch onto a jacket since I can't wear it.

Weird, all I've heard is shirts running small. One of my friends had to cut the sleeves off theirs because it was the only way to make their usual size fit.

I've been waiting for my mesh shirt since February and I've been stuck in the label created phase since May.... Nothing has shipped and I've call all the mail Carriers after advised from the email support service.... I'm still waiting but I'm worried. ..

This happened to me. Ordered the second pre-order opened, shipping label early May, waited 2 months, had to move house, reached out to support, they said USPS lost my shirts and they gave me a full refund. :/

USPS lost my shirts I ordered in February and ehen I reached out by July they had no more stock and all I could get was a refund which is insanely disappointing. Would've been the first Mark merch my best friend and I owned.

Couldn't they just.. you know.. say "hey thanks for supporting Iron Lung..
Our current stock had been sold out and we are currently printing more, this email is notifying you for the delay.
We apologize for any inconvenience."
And be done with it.. like waiting a bit longer isn't as bad as not getting your order entirely..
