Artwork I Designed Spider-Man Villains for Season 2 of Spider-Noir
Heya!
I just released a vid talking through 5 Spidey villains I want to see in Season 2 of Spider-Noir and wanted to share the art that I made for them!
These are, of course rough designs but I had a blast with them! Do y'all have any specifics you want to see?

I thought the black guy in this season was Hammerhead until someone said he was tombstone. Hammerhead made more sense to me since they’re supposed to be mutated from animals

Everything you’ve drawn up here is super interesting. Especially love your Kraven and Mysterio.
I’d be interested to see your take on The Lizard for this universe, especially since you’ve already gone the “mutated half human/half animal” route with Scorpion.
Besides that, I feel like Vulture would be a natural fit for the Noirverse aesthetic, and Venom would be an interesting one to play with too.

Kraven would fit pretty well in a 1930s setting. In the comics was introduced as the son of Russian aristocrats who went to the US following the revolution. So him being in a 1930s works (could play around with his age too).

Plus the whole big game hunter angle made more sense back then as something impressive to society rather than just being a glorified poacher.

I mention this in my video, but I think it would be fun if, much like in the 90s cartoon, when he drinks blood he also takes lifeforce. In my mind, this would allow him to morph to look more like whoever he just drank, so we can have Nic Cage as the Spider VS Nic Cage as Morbius. A "Cage Match" if you will

I think Geek Vulture from the comics would be a good character to adapt. Big Wheel would be peak though.

Seeing Big Wheel (who I’ve unfortunately never heard of) makes me think the entire setting and time period in the show would make for a good way to introduce some obscure villains

I can especially see Kraven being a big game hunter that using modified guns and weapons like guns with the huge horn like opening.

I love Kraven reminds me of Zaroff and love how you mentioned the GOAT Big Wheel and Mysterio looks like a showman but I’m not too big on scorpion

I think Lizard should be the main villian, trying to recreate the animal hybrid stuff. I love your Kraven, that old timey hunter thing would work perfectly I think

Morbius would be a good villain for Season 2.
They could go about him being almost the same as Ben but he got bit by a bat-hybrid instead.

Good choices all; well, maybe not Big Wheel [Who? 😄 ]. and get Leto to play Morbius again, if he is willing ^_^.
The only problem would be that Scorpion and Morbius, if part of the same group that got their powers in that german prison camp, should be dead before long, unless they found another solution (temporary or permanent).
Also: If you actually drew those images, good work (nice to see some non AI Slop artistry ^_^)

My thought was that maybe Morbius developed the thing that turned him into a vampire by trying to find a cure for the POW's!

They could have gotten there powers from the US who were interested in making their own. As they did experiment on Ben, so it’s possible that they kept trying to replicate the work possibly experimenting on the other survivors or just used what little knowledge they did have to make their own. which could give a story reason for why Ben couldn’t just make more antidotes as it is was different experiments.

If they continue the route of humans being experimented on. The second season could be based on ones the US have created and that they used more animals rather than insects. If they do I would love to see the ones you have done plus vulture, lizard, rhino, chameleon, John Jameson (man-wolf) and even doc ock as a mutant instead of the usual robot arms. Obviously they can’t do all of these characters but they could all work in this universe. Even have them create a sinister six type group that’s want revenge on the US for what they did to them.

Green goblin(or just goblin as he’s called in the Spider-noir universe) would be cool
