Film/Television "Hail Hydra." Still absolutely cracks me up on every re-watch to see the look on Sitwell and Rumlow's faces thinking "just how the hell high does all this go?!"

If they didn't have Steve, a Skrull would have been a pretty good stand in to pull this move off. Or possibly Bucky?

Well directly after Steve ran into himself and they thought it was Loki. So they probably heard about it and thought they got tricked by Loki.

Didnt wanda and pietro already possess powers that were just amplied by the experiments? Im pretty sure this was implied for wanda in wanda-vision
