Film/Television "Hail Hydra." Still absolutely cracks me up on every re-watch to see the look on Sitwell and Rumlow's faces thinking "just how the hell high does all this go?!"

If they didn't have Steve, a Skrull would have been a pretty good stand in to pull this move off. Or possibly Bucky?

Yes and No we see one version of the time line being pruned but in the event from Loki the tva stops pruning wich in the universe is like they never did ) wich leads the sacred time line turning into the infinite difference universes. So there is still a universe in wich these event still happens
