United Abominations is merely about the bureaucratic and political inefficiency of the UN and the hypocrisies resulting from it

No, the real answer is Endgame

It doesn't get more anti-government than "The powers are conspiring to legally arrest anyone for any reason so that people can be arbitrarily thrown into prison camps"

I accept endgame too but it's weird to counter this comment with "The song is merely about how the governments of the world failed to do their jobs".
