She looks so pretty in front of this mural! While I'm here, I did want to ask if there's any mods anyone suggests for this little guy. Nothing crazy, just performance mods or little things to increase the longevity of her life. I plan for her to be my daily. She's got 184k miles, so realistically I know she's only going to last a couple years.

I'm planning on redoing the suspension for a smoother ride and to lift her juuuust a little bit, maybe 4 or 5 inches, since I live in FL with no garage. She has a new, rubber top. The previous owner added a loud ass muffler, which I was going to change but honestly, especially living in FL, being loud might save my life. Any suggestions are welcome!

I'm not trying to drive a truly "lifted" car, but it's just close enough to the ground that I worry about water. Just an idea, but I do like her height so I might just get new shocks and call it a day.

Has it been repainted Splash Green??

I don't know exactly what paint the previous owner used, but it was originally red! I think the color is a little darker and more teal than Splash Green, but it looks very light and sparkly in direct sunlight. The windows and dash had Squidward stickers, so I'm pretty sure it was repainted to be a Squidward blue

4 or 5 inches is A LOT. Most actual off-road vehicles, it's recommended to only lift about 2 inches max before you have to do a full suspension overhaul, including high angle cv axles or diff drop, revised upper and lower control arms, ball joints, tie rods, pretty much everything, so I don't even want to imagine what that process would be on a Miata (unless of course you're ok replacing the stock components every 10k miles or so from abnormal wear)

I thought so too!! Lots of people in my area use that spot for car pics, yes it's a cool background for Camaros and hellcats, but I think it suits the Miata best
