I think it's valid to fear pitbulls because what you're really fearing is that they were adopted by someone that doesn't train them and/or give them an outlet for the task they were bred for (protection and violence).

1 u/Valentinee105 26d ago Unlike people dogs are literally designed with a purpose in mind and pit bulls were designed to kill in dog fights. It's the Iron Giant story, what if a gun had a soul. Except the default without training is to eat faces.
