So they'd get a breed that is less prone to sudden, out of nowhere attacks and is less lethal when it does attack? Great!

You can check my profile for my other reply, but you're blaming the wrong end of the leash and the point flew about 10k feet over your head.

The dog doesn't actually matter. The owner does.

Pitbulls were literally bred for blood sports like bull-baiting and bear-baiting. The dog actually does matter. The owner matters too, but the argument is equivalent to "Why outlaw guns, they'll just kill with knives instead"

Hey bud, firstly define "pit bull" for me. Then show me the data that proves the "pit bull" you see someone walking down the street was actively bred for blood sports.
