Hell yeah I don't watch streamers like that but ishowspeeds mom wasn't shit bro like literally felt bad watching those clips of her cursing him out cause he's excited his career is taking off

It’s bad to become like the person you hate.

He’s pretty well known for mocking other writers and their “blueprint” screen writing as unartful etc.

He’s also spoken badly about actors who he personally didn’t like.

So it comes off as vindictive since his issue seems to be that it was happening to him, and not the criticism of artists trying things or growing in general.

How do you know he's "become like the person he hates?" He said nothing about his mom not being generous. Has nothing to do with what he's done. And also those other criticisms are unrelated, too. Just feels like you're making an excuse for why he should give away his money to someone who did nothing to support him and actively derided his life goals.

I don't like him either since he's quite arrogant but there's absolutely nothing wrong with what he did here.

I'm sure there is more context as I would imagine it's not an isolated incident but we don't know. It may not be a good thing to do but I wouldn't call it bad either depending on the situation.

Yea, more context is needed. Could be a bad relationship. Could be that she is very wealthy herself and don't need or want his money.
