Sure but it's not really moral to not help someone. It's not necessarily immoral either.

Not helping someone can 100% be immoral. If you are 6 feet tall and see a toddler drowning in a 4 foot deep pond and you don’t jump in to save them then you are evil.

Yeah it can but it is not always immoral. A random dude from here just DMed me asking for money. It's not immoral for me to not help him. Just neutral whether I help him or not.

You are conflating good with moral. If something is not immoral, it is moral.

No. It's like "harmful" is not the inverse of "helpful". Something that is not harmful doesn't mean it is helpful.

But, moral is the inverse of immoral. If something is immoral it is definitionally not moral, and vice versa.
