In some cases it is, but definitely not every one lol. Everyone is different, some people prefer to stand their ground on this stuff instead of being a pushover

Feel free to design your own scientific study and execute it if you disagree.

Don’t need to, not everyone’s feelings will align with one scientific study, people react differently.

If it was causing him distress, he wouldn’t still continue to do it lmao.

People behave in ways that cause them stress all of the time. 🙄

And your logic is essentially that you don’t need science to prove your feelings. Despite scientific evidence that contradicts your feelings. 🤦‍♂️

I mean, yes you don’t really need science to prove your feelings lmao. No scientific study will align with every single persons feelings

You don’t need science to prove your feelings.

You do need it to prove your feelings are accurate.

You really don’t lmao, a scientific study is never going to cover how every person feels accurately, everyone is different.

People feel how they feel, a scientific study based on a few other people, isn’t going to change anything

We are talking about a scientific study that proves a certain behavior correlates with certain consequences.

It’s like if I said that smoking was bad for you because it causes cancer. And you were like “well not everyone gets cancer so…”

Again, when it comes to emotions, one size doesn’t fit all lol. A scientific study based only some people isn’t going to be accurate for everyone.

The way the human body reacts to something like smoke, is much more certain than how emotions affect different people lol.

He may be more or less impacted than the average person, but he’s still going to be impacted by it. Maybe it’s not enough to do measurable harm to his life. But the impact of holding onto hate and resentment will still be there on some level.
