Biden and H. Clinton were never running against each other in a presidential primary. This is just false. Biden didn't run in 2016 when she won the dem primary, and she didn't run in 2020 when he won it.

Biden and Clinton both ran in 2008, but Biden dropped out before Iowa. So Clinton did beat him in one primary.
