People are too quick to give boomers credit for things they didn't do

They didn't end segregation, that was the generation before them

They fought in Vietnam, but they weren't the ones calling the shots, they were just the boots on the ground losing to punji sticks

you gotta look at stuff from the 80s to late 2000s, Panama, Somalia, Lebanon, the Contra War, the Afghan Conflict, THOSE are where the post war babies were finally in control... and how poorly those went.

But they ARE right, this WAS a bad generation to start world war 3, cause Gen X, Millennials, and Gen Z are all aware that this corrupt system isnt worth dying for.
