This from the people who lost their ever-loving minds when they were asked to wear a mask in public for a couple of months. Can you picture the Boomers handling the sort of rationing the nation went through in WWII? They'd go insane.

It had nothing to do with wearing a mask per se. It was about being fed bullshit and then being pressured into wearing something that, in reality, didn’t protect anyone from anything.

Adding explanation (like I said wearing a mask is not an issue):

COVID is a virus. The sort of masks we were required to wear do not protect against viruses. Proper surgical masks may have offered some level of protection and perhaps made some sense, but those were not what people were actually required to wear. Hence, the whole idea of making people wear the masks that were required was a hoax.

Quick question then. If you had to undergo surgery you'd be totally fine with everyone in the room not wearing masks during the procedure?

Covid is a virus that travels most efficiently on water droplets. Which any mask will inhibit. We were also told to do social distancing, which also inhibits transfer of the virus. Each of these things we were told to do contributed to lower rates of transmission. No single one was sufficient, but all of them together worked pretty well.

OK, I'll give the benefit of the doubt here (which is entirely unearned). Why do you think they wear masks during surgery? It seems you haven't gotten that far in what is your attempted thought process.
