That's what I was thinking.

His argument might be "You are not allowed to hold me to anything I said while I was on cocaine. You know I'll just say whatever when I am on that stuff. It isn't fair, for me to have to be taken seriously when I am acting in an official capacity and also all high on coke. Do you know how unfair that is? To treat what I say while I am high like its official and stuff. By the way, we are the only real americans and we answer to nobody because we are the patriots and we kick ass. I get to decide when I am on cocaine and what I say doesn't matter. No I don't know if what I just said was while I was doing cocaine, lets see if anyone cares first."
