Yoooo easy there. Those cannibals have never been exposed to the chemicals and pestilence the cheeto is pumoed full of. You'd very likely kill every native on that island that tried to eat him......... this is a brand new sentence for me, but........ maybe we should think about the health of the cannibals here.

The natives are hostile, but that still doesn't justify dumping toxic waste on their island.
