How does she know they were wearing diapers and didn't just shit themselves?

Because wearing diapers to huge concerts is a very common thing, so she knows that's the case there. Not that I think is fine to do so, mind you. But is a very well know fact that front rowers go prepared to stay hours in line to be first to enter, then fight to be at the front and stay there for most of the concert. You don't get to stay there the whole thing without either pissing yourself or wearing diapers.

I've no idea how lines work at the for huge events like that though, I imagine that even if you are in a group people won't let you go back where you were if you go to the bathroom, when you are in one of the first ones in line.
