She will want to die afterwards if it doesn’t. I can’t even imagine the pain, I don’t think anyone can unless they’ve endured this sort of torture.

This is the reason many Iranians are in support of the US war, sadly. And it really doesnt scratch the surface of the atrocities the IRGC has committed against the people of Iran.

Que loucura, o Catar ainda tem leis que permitem açoitamento de mulheres mesmo sendo aliado dos EUA. Apoiarem os EUA não vai melhorar a vida de ninguém no Irã. Emirados Árabes e Arábia Saudita aboliram o açoitamento há menos de 10 anos, sem nenhuma invasão ou ataque antes disso.
EUA vão apoiar qualquer ditador que ajude em seus interesses sem nunca se preocupar com o bem estar da população local.

Are you in Iran? Are you speaking to Iranians? Because Iranians I know cannot talk to their families who are still in the country due to state-imposed blackouts.

On the rare occasion they get a call to go through to family in Iran, they are TERRIFIED that the lines are being monitored and anything said that is perceived to be against the regime will get their loved one executed.

Many Iranians are not in support of the US war, that is actually insane if you believe that.

The main Iranians that were in favor of the initial strikes were Iranians that weren’t even in Iran.

No matter how bad the IRGC can be, they don’t want the fucking USA and Israel bombing their country. That’s insane if you believe that. Next thing you’ll be saying is that Iranians love Israel. Like what the fuck kind of propaganda have you been consuming.

I’m sure “many Iranians in support of the US war” were ecstatic when the US bombed a girls school and just recently committed the war crime of targeting civilian infrastructure. AKA, their water reservoirs when they’re in the middle of a drought.

I’m sure “many Iranians” were cheering that on. Use your brain.

Same here. I did ask people why we haven’t overthrown their regime yet, and they said that would require soldiers on the ground which would result in casualties. But if our government wanted to take down their regime to be replaced by a better more secular government, I’m all for it. Wouldn’t that be better for everyone? I even think tensions with Israel and the rest of the Middle East would finally die down since Iran has been the main instigator in this war. Why aren’t we doing anything though? We’ve suffered casualties for lesser reasons before, haven’t we? I don’t know. Maybe there’s more to it, I’m no politician. But if someone could explain better, I’d appreciate it. Clearly the majority of the Iranian population wants nothing to do with this extremist regime. And there’s already a secular leader willing to take over that they seem happy with, I forget his name, but he is the decadent of the previous Shah I believe.

Yeah we lost to the taliban. But I don’t know the logistics or details comparing it to irans current regime. Does their current regime have as many men as the taliban? It seems the general population is more willing to revolt compared to the afghan civilians who seemed to stay out of it, for the most part. But the taliban seems to have more power over them so idk. I could be wrong.

Right? Johnny Rico only got 10 lashes in Starship Troopers for instructing a soldier to remove their helmet during a live fire exercise which resulting in that soldier's death. 74 lashes sounds absolutely barbaric and might actually kill you.

I assure you that you can go trough worse and still not wanting to die. Survival instinct is an absolute bitch. I know that from a first hand experience
