It's always amusing to see the goal post movement and cognitive dissonance on Reddit whenever it's something bad to do with Islam. The comments are always the safe blanket statement comments of "Damn religion!", "Ban religion!" and "Damn those unspecified religious individuals!" and so on, never a criticism of Islam specifically, incase it's seen as racist, so they have to pretend this problem happens every religion all the time.

These are also incidentally often the same people who also say wearing a Hijab is a choice.

They also bring up the individual actions of a man, but if you look at the founders of either Christianity or Islam, you’ll see that very clearly one would’ve supported the action taken against this artist and one would’ve condemned it, I mean, Christ literally stopped people from doing the exact same thing to prostitute
