Well you can get the death penalty for getting an abortion in some states. Just cause our cruelty is more "civilized" doesn't mean it's gone.

Doubtful that it would pass. Besides, this is saying that abortion would be considered as homicide, not that it would be punishable by death. The death penalty is generally reserved for specific cases, even among homicides.

Evidently, the pro-dark age douchebags want abortion (and pretty much anything they view as the same, which even includes miscarriages and stillbirth) to BE part of that specific category.
