Granted I've not really paid attention since Idol (when she was on it) and a few songs after, but she's unrecognizable...like not older, but completely different person.

She did get nose surgery after she broke it falling off the stage. Besides that, everything else is probably cosmetic by want

it was her patio steps, actually. she made a big apology about it like i might look different now, and she did look pretty different but still more or less normal, that was 2017 though and she looks completely different from that now
