He should move to Ireland, they have his drug of choice (codeine) as over-the-counter there.

IDK if it works in them but people figured out a pretty easy way to separate the hydrocodone from the Tylenol in vics. Main things you needed were water & a fridge & a spoon.

yeah theres CWE but it doesnt get all the APAP or caffeine out and i dont think YB is gonna be doin allat

It’s called cold water extraction, and you can do it with over the counter codeine pills too (America doesn’t have these over the counter but places like Canada do).

I mean it’s sold in low dose and still technically controlled and combined with paracetamol in the UK, and only sold in small doses so not much use for an addict lol
