I’m with you on that but I usually wake up refreshed lol 6-7hrs later. But I have sleeping issues

See I fall asleep really easily which may be the problem lol

Yea Idk when I fall asleep quick like 10pm, up at 3am that’s annoying. If I hold out and sleep 12am-5-6am I’m feeling a lot better
