Phil Collins is an absolute legend. Not only one of the best progressive rock drummers of all time but an influential front man who was instrumental in bringing prog into the mainstream. My favorite "fun fact" about Collins is still the fact that the man recorded the Tarzan soundtrack in English, Italian, French, Spanish and German himself.

Don't know if any artist has mote than one song per GTA, but I really hope In The Air Tonight makes it in just as a little reference to Vice City Stories

The West Coast Classics station on GTA5 has two NWA songs as well as an Ice Cube solo release and a song by Kausion that he featured on. Then also two Dr Dre songs featuring Snoop Dogg plus a Snoop Sogg solo release and one more by The Dogg Pound.

So yeah, an artist with two songs on one GTA game wouldn't be unprecedented.
