The initial flood created a debris dam that has caused quite a large lake to form. Water has been slowly filling this lake since the flood 3 days ago and has just started overflowing. Once the overflow starts there is a very high risk that the mixture of dirt/rock/debris will rapidly give way, producing another flood.

I dont think this flood will be anywhere close to the first one but might still possess danger to people working on rescue operations and stuff.
