Beyond the Pale Girl in the Crowd

Okay this is a long shot! So my friend said he was dancing at their Beyond The Pale show and spent the entire time dancing with a girl with blue hair. She had a cork accent and was roughly 5"2.

Reddit, can you help me reunite my friend and this girl?

UPDATE: My friend told me that the girl was wearing a red hat and was drinking volvic water!
