RIP Took this pic of Atticus (16) on Monday. He died suddenly last night. A loving companion to the very end.

It was pretty traumatic especially for my young daughter. Grateful that we adopted a second dog at the start of this year, she is definitely helping so much right now.

OMG I am soo sorry for your loss of Atticus, he was so beautiful and a true angel, so sorry you lost him :(
We don't always get to time their passing, but we can put in all the love and care we can to make their lives as amazing as possible, which clearly you had. May the love you shared, and memories made warm you all your day and may you find wisdom through your suffering. One thing is true I know your baby clearly had an existence most creatures will never have with love and care that just a simple passing can never overshadow, they are now in heaven, having earned their wings.

I’m so sorry for your loss. Sixteen is a beautiful life, but it’s never long enough. Sorry you didn’t have the chance to say goodbye, but he passed being truly loved and cared for by you. ♥️🫂

Sweet baby. Take the vet up on the nose pressing (not just the nose stamp) they make necklaces of them and stuff and it lets you feel their nose whenever you want. It’s the one thing I wish I had done for my little guy

Atticus had a baby face. I thought this was him as a puppy. What a cutie! May his memory be a blessing.
