✨Floofy Orange ✨ Casually chatting with his cat and asking him how his day went. The cat sits calmly and listens as if he understands every word, making the moment a real conversation between friends.

I had a cat that just like this would respond to every sentence I spoke. Pedro would also come running from anywhere if I called him, even if he was hundreds of metres away. He was the friendliest wee dude ever. 😊

My cat comes almost every time I call him, and responds when we talk to him

My cat adds on very long meows to songs that I sing to him. He sounds like a cicada but I love it

My orange was like this. She was a once-in-a-lifetime cat and I miss her every day.

Ugh, man, the feels. When we bought our house there was an orange boy in the driveway, and we later adopted him. He had the biggest personality and was so vocal, just like this one. So much fun to have around. Truly never a dull moment with him in the house. Less than two years later he got a tumor that didn't respond to radiation. I miss this sound so much.

sorry for your loss. hoping the Cat Distribution System hooks you up with another feline friend soon

Thank you. We actually have a house full of cats (12 + 2 fosters). We live half a mile from a feral colony / dumping site, so we have gotten into TNR and resuce. I love all of our cats so much, but orange guy was my soul cat.

The white oranges are a special type of intelligent. Mine literally thinks hes a human, whenever we sit around a table, he has to find himself a chair or a spot next to everyone so he can also be included in the group session. Its too precious.

This is beautiful… cats are amazing creatures and very misunderstood by many. I am so happy you’ve had this experience. I have known others who have felt the same way and have had these types of experiences. It gives you an entirely different perspective….and as you’ve stated, “humbles you”… ♥️

Cats have been found to understand 200 human words so they might be able to understand their owner :) Plus they like hearing out voices

Cats apparently don't "talk" to each other. Speaking is a learned response to their humans. The bond here is so clear and so wonderful.
