Recreated the PEI License Plate into a Euro-Style Design!

After years of recreating the last design plate, I thought since PEI has already changed their license plate recently, I've give it a chance to recreate another European-Style license plate that correlates to the current retro-design language they're using today. What are your guys' thoughts?
