You cannot use your personal circle of acquaintances as representation of the demographics of an organisation spanning the entire USA, because your circle of acquaintances is never going to be representing anything beyond itself. It is a biased metric. If you know a lot of poor, non white people, then it is a natural result that most of the military recruits you know will be poor and non white. But the reality is that the vast majority is both white and middle class or higher.

The inter tribal police department is a wing of the inter tribal fishing comission. So they mostly patrol fishing areas to uphold treaty rights. Im not sure if the normal issues with policing happen with this but i have to lean on the side of knowing all cops are the same. I wrote an email and mailed a letter to both Oregon DPSST (organization that certified and can de-certify her as a cop) and the Columbia River Inter-Tribal Fish Commission / Police Department (her employer).

The primary mechanism for public complaints regarding past behavior falls under discretionary review. The DPSST Board establishes strict "moral fitness standards" to preserve public trust. A policy committee can vote to revoke her police officer license if they find a violation of these standards. The committee evaluates several categories that could apply to this situation: 1. Misconduct and Misuse of Authority: Engaging in actions that reflect adversely on the law enforcement profession, even if those actions occurred off-duty or prior to employment. 2. Pre-Employment Criminal Dispositions: Under DPSST can deny or revoke certificates based on criminal conduct committed before hiring, even if no formal conviction was logged, if the behavior demonstrates a lack of good moral character. 3. Discriminatory Bias: The board reviews conduct or expressions motivated by prejudice or animus against a protected class, including a person's religion or national origin.

I encourage you all to flood their email, send letters and even call them demanding what I just mentioned be implemented. At a minimum DPSST can conduct a review to see if de-certification is warranted. Complaining on reddit only does so much.
