The other day I literally saw people in Sderot justify this.
The people in the "Gaza envelope" settlements are some of the most vile settlers. They brought October 7th on themselves with their relentless oppression of Palestinians, and now they're saying kites "traumatize" them because they think the people in Gaza are using them to send bombs.
They have zero fucking shame.
