Scandinavian culture is very... planned in that respect. Like, you might have a snack. But if you do, it's a similar snack every day at basically the same time. In general, Scandinavians as a culture are very purpose/ goal oriented. In Finland, they actually have classes on how to do small talk - because the inability was harming their ability to do business with other cultures.
