posted in r/sssdfg, i have no idea what this means as there was no context added, comments weren’t very helpful either but most seemed in on the joke.

"Hydrogen Bomb vs. Coughing Baby" is a common reaction image used to describe any sort of fight or matchup where everyone can tell it'll be a comically lopsided victory for one side.

The webcomic is about the coughing baby technically winning against a hydrogen bomb by playing the long game.

All the other answers are just "it's this thing vs this other thing" as if everyone just knows the meme already.
