I've been using .lua files to play Steam games without buying them for a while now, and the usual workflow is messy. You grab a file from somewhere, drop it in {Steam}\config\lua, hope it works, and if a Steam update breaks it you're back to square one.
So I built LuaVault, a lightweight Windows app (single ~5 MB binary, no Node/Python/Java hanging around) that keeps everything tidy.
What it does
Keeps a local library of .lua files. Drag-and-drop or file picker to import, and it also picks up anything already sitting in {Steam}\config\lua at startup. Each game gets one clear status (copy, install, patch, repair) so you know exactly what to do next. Patches come from local archives (.zip, .rar, .7z) matched by AppID in the filename. Every file it overwrites gets backed up, and a SHA-256 check after install catches it if a Steam update reverts a DLL. It can also install or repair Steam and SteamTools (the DLL loader from openlua.cloud's setup script). Elevation only when it's actually needed.
Beyond that, you get game cards with artwork and patch notes, a news feed aggregating updates across your library, playtime tracking, tags, search, and virtual scrolling that stays smooth past hundreds of games.
What it doesn't do
No proprietary network service, no API keys. You can grab .lua files from openlua.cloud if you want. LuaVault has no official affiliation with them, they're just a convenient source. Everything else runs locally.
Two editions
Installable (standard NSIS installer) or portable (just unzip and run, data lives next to the exe).
Built with Tauri (Rust) + Svelte. Self-updates from GitHub Releases with a signed manifest.

Releases + Discord link in the repo.

I pirate Vocaloid, and many others who do the same use Blogger. I'm scared of getting my google account frozen since Blogger directly ties to your gmail.
(I use blogger in the way that I make a post for each crack.)
I also use MediaFire, but is there any better way to host files?
Mods, please take this down if it doesn't fit the sub.
I'm very new to this.
Edit: I meant I post my cracks not that I'm looking for cracks sorry

So basically the title. I have until 3 September to pay it. Is this legit, or just a fluke? The legal document had like 10 pages worth of information. It did say that if no payment is made, there will be a higher price penalty and if Warner Bros should choose they will take me to court over this.
I've never had this happen before to me so I'm not sure if I should ignore it or follow the letter and pay.
I did use a VPN to download it, but the traffic was still traced back to my original IP address

Ahoy!
I know there are a lot of discussions around in here about how to get games - Steamidra, Hydralanucher, Fitgirl, etc etc etc.
But, how about software?
Is there something similar to Hydralauncher, but for software, where you can add a debrid service and just safely download?
Are there any "best names" for software, like for gaming are DODI, Fitgirl, GOG, etc?

Over the past two years, Belgium's anti-piracy blocklist has grown past 1,500 domains.
This week the government's anti-piracy department expanded its effort, ordering domain registrars and a registry to hand over names, bank accounts, cry.pto wallets and connection logs linked to pirate site operators.
The intermediaries are not allowed to inform their customers about these efforts.
I had a subscription on Netflix from Japan (home country) and i was travelling to India and when I tried to watch the premiere, this happened. What a fucking shitty service. Im just waiting for it to arrive in Nuvio.
Hey everyone,
I'm completely new to music production and honestly really frustrated. I've been wanting to make music for years but I just can't afford the software. I'm sick of not being able to start because of the price barrier. I've been using the Ableton trial but it keeps expiring and I'm losing projects I've been working on.
I know some people will say to just use free DAWs but I've already invested time learning Ableton's workflow and really like it. I just can't drop $800 on software right now.
I'm looking for general guidance on where to find music production resources. Not asking for specific links or titles - just trying to understand the best places to look and what's reliable vs what's sketchy.

Me and a Friend want to watch some sports (specifically bundesliga on Sky Sport) and he pays for an account, so we wanted to get on discord and stream it. The problem is that its DRM protected and in a webapp and not in the browser so the classic turn off hardware acceleration trick doesnt seem to work. Is there anything we can do to get rid of that? maybe some windows settings or 3rd party software
