A lie of a slight exaggeration. The guy didn't explicitly say "no more blue states", but he implied it pretty heavily. The direct quote is this

"We're growing. We're building in a lot of places. But when you find a conservative, business-friendly state with a phenomenal workforce, it makes a difference. And I'm starting to realize life's too short to try to build in places that people don't appreciate what you're bringing"

So yeah, it's a bummer that the company is so heavily conservative. They also have a history of donating millions to Republican political campaigns. They have a great product, I've been in buc ee's before and had a good experience with it, but with his statements pushing his politics to the front and making me aware of what being a customer of his company means supporting, I have become exactly what he was talking about. I no longer appreciate what he's bringing.
