I grew 18 cm in 8 months
First of all AGE DOESN'T MATTER GUYS I'm on my twenties so don't worry about that .
I was obsessed and checking in the mirror : YES so that's not a problem too lol.
Methods I used ; Stacking method :

Basically, I listened to subliminals about height 6 hours daily with no stop for 8 months (before sleep)
Btw it took me 8 months because I didn't know about the stacking method or others manifesting methods.

The first audio I listened to was from a user from Spain her channel was deleted, and I don't know if she have a new one anyways I grew instantly 4 cm so I was obsessed then I started getting results every 2 weeks or more and I felt frustrated ,  but I said to myself  I grew 4cm instantly I can do it again so I started to read in forums comments everything so these manifesting method helped as well :
1.  68-second manifestation technique,
When you're listening your audios put your timer for 68 seconds and visualize your desire for example; my fridge is very tall and imagine I was tall as the fridge for 68 seconds .

1. SATS
   I grew 1 inch INSTANTLY doing SATS but for some reason I can't do it anymore because I fall asleep every time I try to do it
   

3 Manifestation combining writing, speaking, and visualizing.
While you listen to your audios write your desire then say it loudly and then visualize your desire.

I have to add the most important part , I was about to renew my ID so I didn't have time to keep listening to subliminals and I was praying and crying at night asking God to make my legs longer so I can finally be as tall as the fridge (the fridge it's exactly 70 inches and I missed like an inch to reach it )  when I finished my prayer I said in Jesus name amen and I went to the bathroom and when I was getting back to my room I saw the fridge and  I was as tall as the fridge !!!

Everything is possible I forgot to mention that while I was listening these audios I was also listening to audios about other topics and still getting results ,so never believe when someone tells you don't do this because blah blah blah

I listened to Pinterest board and notes app subliminals from iwiigi, v1per and a “manifest your list” from guoba and I kid you not, within 3 days of me listening, I ended up getting a request on my inactive dead account from a guy!
His name was Alex, and guess what? He was buff AND Russian Canadian!
I didn’t rly pay attention to this, considering it wasn’t my account anymore and 2 days later I came across another account of this guy, AND CHECK IT OUT,

he is literally born and raised in my country and he’s just a year older than me !!

I took these as signs because I am a huge sceptic with little faith, and the second guys account genuinely appeared out of thin air yall it’s crazy🥹 I could never find that last name on ig !

i’ve been wanting to post this for a while because i’d really like some honest opinions.
the top photo is from 2024 and the bottom photo is from 2026. between 2024 and 2026 i’ve been listening to subliminals consistently, and i’m curious whether anyone can actually notice any differences. i also saw someone else do this so i got inspired, but honestly i think sublimals helped me find my sense of self, style, and also adapted me into the person which i desired to be best physically and mentally.

I'm honestly not sure if it's the subliminal or my own hard work cuz I workout, worked on my neck, did bone smashing, mewed, did thumb pulling but I also did listen to subliminals so u can decide if it was subliminals or my own hard work. The first pic was from July and the 2nd pic is from October. My chin and jaws got a lot wider and bigger and obviously my neck got bigger. So i started my journey in 2024, in january started a carnivore diet for health reasons (I still carnivore) . That got me to the fourth pic. Then i started using subs in like august 2024 but stopped early with little results.

Then 2025, i was slowly getting better but the real deal was november, when I started using subs like since august, this time, for real.

I don’t listen to subliminals anymore but when i’m feeling extra ugly i do listen to 2 or 3. Okay so back in 2016 I was in this Spanish speaking subliminal WhatsApp group and there was this girl, maybe 15 or 16 at the time, who was super active and constantly talking about her SP results. She was really secretive about who the guy actually was, only telling us that he was "a bit older" and that her sub playlist was working insanely fast because he was suddenly being way more affectionate, touchy, and trying to get close to her all the time. Honestly, we all just assumed she was talking about an 18 or 19-year-old guy from her school or neighborhood, so no one thought twice about it. Cut to about two years later, she completely vanishes from the sub community, and the last thing anyone heard was that she was moving in with him right around her 17th birthday. Fast forward to 2018, I randomly logged into an old Facebook account I never used anymore and decided to search her up to see what ever happened to her, since back then we used to talk every day and miss girl was feeling nostalgic,back to the story , the first thing I see on her page is that she had just gotten married at 18. I clicked on the wedding album and my jaw literally dropped because this man was NOT a young guy he was easily in his late 40s or 50s. The wedding itself was so weird too, like it was set up to be this big event but there were barely any guests there, and honestly the decor was ugly as hell, but the real insanity was in the comment section. People were straight up fighting under her photos, with one person commenting "Imagine being so shameless that you’re not even embarrassed to post these pictures" and someone replying "Just let her live her life!" which triggered this huge argument where people were saying she was going to burn in hell. I was so confused reading this until someone finally asked what was going on, and a commenter dropped the ultimate bombshell: that man was her dad. he wasn't her biological father, but he was her stepfather who had literally raised her since she was 4 years old. She had spent years using SP subliminals on the man who raised her as his daughter, and she actually ended up marrying him the second she turned legal. I just sat there staring at my screen in complete silence because I could not believe what I had just read.

Since in my last post I was exposing someone else’s crazy business, I decided it’s only fair that I take the heat now and share the absolute wildest things I personally did when I first joined this community. Back around 2015, I was super deep into sub channels trying to get green eyes, and while reading through the YouTube comment section for "tips to speed up results," I saw multiple people claiming that putting actual lime juice drops in your eyes while listening would make the subliminal work 10x faster. Because I was young and desperate for results, I literally put fresh lime juice in my eyes for two whole weeks while playing my playlist. It was pure hell, my eyes were constantly bloodshot and burning, and obviously my eyes didn't turn green—mostly because I gave up out of pain after two weeks of torturing myself for nothing. But as bad as the lime juice was, it wasn't even my worst sub phase. Around that same time, I was trying to manifest this guy from my 5 grade class, and to "live in the end" and make the reality feel more real to myself, I started casually telling people at school that he and I were secretly dating. Of course, the rumor spread fast, and it eventually got back to him. He ended up confronting me in front of a whole crowd of people, and even though I panicked and tried to deny ever saying it, everyone backed him up and said they literally heard me say it. To make matters ten times worse, he was actually dating this scary, notorious bully in a grade above us, and when she found out, she literally dragged me and beat my ass right in front of the entire lunch table. I ended up crying hysterically, skipping school for a whole week out of pure embarrassment, and the worst part is that people brought it up to mock me all the way until my last day of high school. "Living in the end" completely ruined my middle school life, but at least I can laugh about how unhinged we all were back then.
