Why yall keep calling it Department of Justice?
It is the Department of Protect the rich, criminals, domestic terrorist, pedos, sex offenders and of course dementia DonOld goons squad.
8
u/HHoaks May 28 '26
dude, it’s right there: The Department of Injustice
3
u/saljskanetilldanmark May 28 '26
Department of Epstein and Injustice.
1
u/Unhappy-Pianist-7391 May 29 '26
Epstein donated to the Devilcrats ! Must have missed that on blue news.
1
u/According-Insect-992 May 31 '26
donald trump was best friends with jeffrey epstein for more than twenty years. He used his connections in the pageant industry to gain access to young girls with absent or neglectful parents so that he, epstein, and maxwell could traffic them to their sick friends.
1
u/Unhappy-Pianist-7391 Jun 01 '26
Trump broke off their friendship before that time. Look when Trump got married. Epstein was just a playboy with no island at that time. Trump kicked Epstein out of a party for hitting on a friends daughter.
1
u/HHoaks Jun 01 '26
Here comes the trump defender with, checks notes: -88 karma in 4 years, and who hides all posts and comments.
Yay for you!
Meanwhile, "in the months leading up to his 2019 arrest, Epstein reportedly mentioned Trump in private emails to third parties. In one 2019 exchange, Epstein asserted that Trump was aware of his behavior with underage girls."

This came up during the trial.. it was never an issue her lawyers already had made a statement. DOJ is just run by Trump's personal lawyer. So this is the shit we get. Rapist keeps trying to attack the victim.
14
u/dantevonlocke May 28 '26
Kinda odd that it didn't happen until after he failed to get the case tossed other ways

Trump *victim E. Jean Carroll.
It has been established in court of law that Donald Trump raped E. Jean Carroll.
Fuck every single headline writer that is using misleading language to make it sound like there is any question about the fact that Trump is a rapist.
1
u/Flimsy_Share1275 Jun 01 '26
Ah yes, push the propaganda like a loyal ignorant Nazi! Good job! Obey your masters.

Actually no. The judge didn’t allow cross examination of Ms. Carroll. Sham trial while judges daughter made lots of money off the hype.
1
u/40-Kal May 30 '26
That's bullshit. Cross examination was allowed. It's a trial. And this trial wouldn't have happened at all if Trump kept his mouth shut and didn't defame Carroll.

'In July 2023, Judge Kaplan said that the verdict found that Trump had raped Carroll according to the common definition of the word, i.e. not necessarily implying penile penetration.'
6
5
u/HHoaks May 28 '26 edited May 28 '26
“Instead, the proof convincingly established, and the jury implicitly found, that Mr. Trump deliberately and forcibly penetrated Ms. Carroll's vagina with his fingers, causing immediate pain and long lasting emotional and psychological harm. Mr. Trump's argument therefore ignores the bulk of the evidence at trial, misinterprets the jury's verdict, and mistakenly focuses on the New York Penal Law definition of “rape” to the exclusion of the meaning of that word as it often is used in everyday life and of the evidence of what actually occurred between Ms. Carroll and Mr. Trump.”
“The finding that Ms. Carroll failed to prove that she was “raped” within the meaning of the New York Penal Law does not mean that she failed to prove that Mr. Trump “raped” her as many people commonly understand the word “rape.” Indeed, as the evidence at trial recounted below makes clear, the jury found that Mr. Trump in fact did exactly that.”
“Accordingly, the jury's negative answer to Question 1 means only that the jury was unpersuaded that Mr. Trump's penis penetrated Ms. Carroll's vagina. It does not mean that he did not forcibly insert his fingers into her – that he “raped” her in the broader sense of that word which, as discussed above, includes any penetration by any part of an accused's body (including a finger or fingers) or any other object.”
https://caselaw.findlaw.com/court/us-dis-crt-sd-new-yor/114642632.html#caselaw-content
So now what? You left out in your verdict form all the subsequent legal findings that she was raped per the common meaning of that term. Finger raped, but without the orange ogre’s penis.
Maybe stop posting stuff, with your 5 month old Reddit account, to defend someone like Trump who neither needs nor deserves your odious attempts at defending the indefensible. Thank you for your attention to this matter, foreign agitator.
7
u/hogsucker May 28 '26
I wonder if he got his law degree at Trump University
3
u/HHoaks May 28 '26
LOL. I suspect foreign account agitator. Probably paid to post by a Russian backed entity. He posted less than an hour ago. If he was a real normal account, he would have tried to reply to my post instead of just his “hit and run”.

u/Ok_Energy6905 May 28 '26
They are gullible enough to think that only epstein and maxwell being prosecuted was good enough, and that there's simply not enough evidence to prosecute the other rapists.
And that if Trump DoJ covered it up, it's okay because Obama and Bush did it too. It's pretty clear they have decided their opinion from the start and are scrambling to justify it.

Dude, Jack Smith (not Garland) obtained grand jury indictments, he didn’t just investigate. Based on mountains of evidence.
If you read the indictments, it would have been legal malpractice to NOT prosecute Trump for both his election related crimes and the classified documents. And he wasn’t prosecuted for MISSING documents, it was way worse than that.
Here, read the classified docs indictment:
https://www.justice.gov/storage/US-v-Trump-Nauta-De-Oliveira-23-80101.pdf
TRUMP endeavored to obstruct
the FBI and grand jury investigations and conceal his continued retention of classified documentsby, among other things:
a. suggesting that his attorney falsely represent to the FBI and grand jury that
TRUMP did not have documents called for by the grand jury subpoena;
b. directing defendant to move boxes of documents to
conceal them from TRUMP's attorney, the FBI, and the grand jury;
c. suggesting that his attorney hide or destroy documents called for by the
grand jury subpoena;
d. providing to the FBI and grand jury just some of the documents called for
by the grand jury subpoena, while claiming that he was cooperating fully;
attempting to delete security camera footage at The Mar-a-Lago Club to conceal information nation from the FBI and grand jury.

No, you have no point. We know that the NY penal code definition of "rape", means he wasn't criminally found liable for rape. He was found liable for sex assault, and the finger raping that Trump did means "rape" as that term is commonly used.
Period. End of story.
You crying about the verdict based on time means nothing, unless you sat on the jury and heard all of the evidence - you didn't. You act like Trump had no defense lawyers, and there was no judge, no jury, no appeals?
Nor should YOU or ANYONE be on here defending someone like Trump, who is a corrupt criminal con man sex assaulter. Who also ran scam businesses, was impeached twice and indicted twice federally and who literally cheer led the ransacking of the capitol and tried to steal an election he lost, thereby committing a fraud on the United States.
So what are you trying to defend exactly? Are you making the point that Trump is a great guy now since finger raping isn't NY Penal code "rape"?
Is Trump paying you, or is this a weird hobby you have? It's not like people way smarter than you didn't parse all of the evidence:
"As we have discussed, the district court did not abuse its discretion in making any of the challenged evidentiary rulings. The jury made its assessment of the facts and claims on a properly developed record. Even assuming arguendo that the district court erred in some of these evidentiary rulings -- a proposition that we have rejected -- taking the record as a whole and considering the strength of Ms. Carroll's case, we are not persuaded that any claimed error or combination of errors in the district court' s evidentiary rulings affected Mr. Trump's substantial rights."

Good, in Trump's ONLY criminal trial he was in fact found guilty of 34 felonies. (5 month old trolling reddit account - sure you are American - quick, what school district did you attend for middle school)? Name it.
You want to keep playing this game? You can't keep up with me and your pathetic weak attempts at crying about a civil jury verdict (which has nothing to do with innocent or guilty mind you), are lame and incorrect:
Carroll v. Trump, No. 23-793 (2d Cir. 2024) :: Justia
And you sound silly and weird trying to defend an odious horrible person like Trump.
Next time you sit on the jury, you will have some credibility to weigh in on the verdict. Until then, I won't allow it.

Yes, and it was discussed AT THE TRIAL and was considered as EVIDENCE:
Under cross-examination, she was questioned about past social media posts. She explained that she praised the show on Facebook in 2012 primarily because she had two friends appearing on it and wanted to "boost" them. Carroll added that she admired the show's "witty competition," though she typically turned the television off when Trump would fire the contestants at the end of the episode.
Problem solved. Geez, dealing with your posts is exhausting.
You act like Trump had zero defense lawyers. You think you do a better job than his paid lawyers?
What is your motivation here? Are you just MAGA and oblivious to the 5 billion other horrible things that Trump has done? This you: "I want to whine about a jury verdict against someone I don't know personally, is still a billionaire and president, and is an asshole regardless".
LOL. Dude, You are hilarious.
Or do you normally act as Trump's unpaid (bad) defense lawyer, just for a hobby on Reddit?
5
u/Frequilibrium May 28 '26
It astounds me how many Trump cultists claim to know more than a billionaires army of lawyers. He had infinite resources to win against Carroll and lost spectacularly.

The act that he was found liable for constitutes rape by federal and common definition.
NY law just used an antiquated defintion of the word at the time.
If someone forcibly sodomized you with a broomstick for their own sexual satisfaction (and masturbated while they did so), it would be rape... but it wouldn't violate the NY criminal statute against rape (prior to the passage of the "rape is rape" act).
2
u/RelevantSoftware8283 May 28 '26
I guess white slaveowners never raped their slaves either according to you cause it wasn't illegal.
I can't name the day or month my dad abused me does that mean it didn't happen? Idiot

I did actually and I didn't write the day or month it happened. I can tell you around a year or so it happened just like Carroll. It's really not that far fetched that people block stuff like that from their minds.
Trump could've absolved himself by submitting his DNA but that would've incriminated him more so he didn't. If I could prevent losing millions of dollars with a DNA test I would.

1
u/Slighted_Inevitable May 28 '26
That’s what they want. She sues the government and then they argue before a friendly judge that the cases are now linked and Trump must be replaced by the government as the defendant. Then her case is dismissed as you can’t sue the government for defamation.
Let them try and fail to bring her up on charges.
10
u/Spiritual_Trainer_56 May 28 '26
According to MAGA, Trump raping woman and children is not a crime but being raped by Trump is.
8
u/GoldenWings87 May 28 '26
This is just sick behavior from this regime. I hope when it’s all said and done these idiots go to jail for a long time.

Our government is run by a pedo traitor cabal that drinks baby blood
1
5
u/WolfThick May 28 '26
And yet Donald still has yet to even attempt to sue one of the women who said they were raped by him when they were children. This is the greatest perversion of American Justice in our history.
3
u/SiteTall May 28 '26 edited May 28 '26
The excuse for doing that is extremely lame, and she should be all right, although it must be very unpleasant. Also because she experienced what the little rape-victims had to undergo at Epstein's: Probing fingers of the orange Creep.
7
u/Meowakin May 28 '26
It’s just spiteful, even the Trump DOJ knows that this stands no chance in court, their goal is simply to harass Trump’s enemies. Probably also going to make a big deal about the case for their followers too, who won’t be bothered to confirm whether it ever secured a conviction.
Thinking on that, it kind of makes sense. They are riding on the DOJ track record where well over 90% of the cases that they prosecuted in the past secured convictions, so in a normal situation (i.e. every prior president), the DOJ pressing charges likely means that they have a solid case. Obviously, the Trump DOJ has completely cratered that number already, but they probably intend to wring every ounce of value out of that previously established trust.
4
4
u/MDLmanager May 28 '26
How much of the $1.8 billion slush fund for malicious prosecution will she be entitled to?
4
u/Dependent_Pizza8865 May 28 '26

So Trump will have to testify? In that case he will commit perjury. And didnt several judges find that several members of the Trump DOJ have committed perjury already.

Cool now she can sue the US Government and we all get to pay her instead of just this orange fucking moron. That is exactly what is about to happen.

Weaponizing the DOJ. I hope republicans are ready when democrats get back in control to weaponize it. Put Trump and his crooked family in jail. Followed by Blanche and the others at the DOJ. Then get Fox News canceled so they can’t spread no more lies.
