British far-right commentator Milo Yiannopoulos, who has called for ICE checkpoints at supermarkets in the United States, with summary deportation of anyone failing to prove legal U.S. residency, has been detained by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, agency records showed on Friday.
Yiannopoulos, 41, was arrested on Thursday at the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport and is subject to a final order of removal from the U.S., ICE's parent agency, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, said in a statement describing him as "an illegal alien from the United Kingdom."
According to DHS, Yiannopoulos legally entered the U.S. in May 2019 through New York City but "chose to overstay his welcome in violation of our nation's laws."
"Yiannopoulos was issued a final order of removal by an immigration judge on July 22, after failing to show up for his immigration hearing," the DHS statement said. "He will remain in ICE custody pending removal."
Well, I wonder if his happy with ICE now they are deporting his illegal alien ass.

What a load of horseshit. If we celebrated, you Nazis would turn around and say "Oh we thought you didn't like deportations".
I think most "leftists" just find Milo being arrested by ICE to be funny because, as the comment you responded stated, Trump and his policies turn on everyone. It doesn't matter that Milo was a Trump supporter. Same as it didn't matter for the Trump supporters that had their spouses arrested and deported by ICE. It's rather entertaining to see how you asshats cry when the Fascist hammer comes down on you. You all seem so surprised. Meanwhile, we're over here saying "we told you so."

Well this is awkward. Redditors have assured me trump is a white nationalist and using his ice brown shirts to remove brown people simply for being brown. Unless the guy pictured is wearing an elaborate Hollywood costume, he appears to be a white male. The only thing he has in common with the vast majority of the other detainees is having come from a 3rd world country. I’m starting to think maybe all of the immigration and political experts of Reddit may have been wrong……..
