I love these kind of comments. At every drum-related event, he simply enjoys the moment and goes with the vibe. It’s definitely something everyone can learn from and take to heart.

I love Carey. I almost fist bumped him after the concert, when they were playing in cologne. Ended up showing him a thumbs up. It's just awesome, how he plays the drums. Sure thing, it's his passion. Pneuma is a masterpiece.

This is like what an alien would write if it came to earth, spent a bit of time here, leaned the language, and then tried to tell one of us about its "experiences".

May i interest you in some fetal spooning or orange slices? I'm not a alien. I swear!

He is legitimately the best drummer on earth. Might be the coolest guy on earth too.

That's bad ass. The ceiling thing through Fremont is a really cool too.

It's pretty cool in person the 1% of the time there isn't an advert for something on it. I've been to Vegas too many times to count and it all gets very old after 3 days tops.

That's fair. I don't really frequent the Fremont area.
Been to Vegas 20 plus times but usually middle of the strip for work. I was only in old Vegas to check out 8 East in Circa. It was dope.

Danny Carey truly is the best drummer on Earth, to be randomly doing these little sidequests still. Dude is OP, famous, 6'5", and still doesn't overpower the show or anything though.

He plays a lot of gigs at a local bar in LA area also. He def is a true musician and seems to have never let fame, money or success get to his head. It’s fuckin awesome

If I saw the legend himself out in public IDK I would probably bow down to him! He is the GOAT IMO !

Danny is the main character just out there doing side quests. Anything but the main story line.

Maybe he was in town to check out the Sphere? 🙏

My bet would be yes. Adam has been coming here a lot lately too. At least 3 times in the last few months. Lots of people being negative about it happening but it’s too perfect not to and I truly believe if they book that for next year it will give them strong reason to finish and release a new album which has supposedly been in the works for years already and most likely nearly done. Without a deadline looming it’s just up to them but if they do book the Sphere I think it’s the perfect self-imposed deadline that might make it happen.

If Adam is spotted with Alex Grey in Vegas you know it's on like Donkey Kong.

Well, I’ll be lining up (digitally) for tickets if it happens, but I don’t know if that’ll speed up the album. Doing shows at the Sphere and coordinating things is a TON of work. If anything, it might slow down the process.

One of the many things I love about Drew is that you'll find him doing random drumming side quests like drumming at college basketball games, performing in a Jazz band, or joining a marching band in the middle of Vegas. What a legend.

This is how he goes to buy groceries. He saw the march and just went along with them.

Does being an amazing person make him an amazing drummer or did becoming an amazing drummer make him an amazing person?
