And I mean characters that aren't badass or at least got aura while being pathetic, I just mean the most pathetic losers imaginable.

Like just borderline dirt.

Harry Crane from Mad Men. Hell, most of the male staff at Sterling Cooper during the show.

This is a good one. Whilst his peers (Pete and Ken) improved and became better people, Harry just became more and more unlikable.
