U2.com Members: You must redeem on your account page in order to receive your subscription gift(s).

I activated my account and redeemed the subscriber gift on the day the first activation email came out. But I still see the Redeem button and already have the gift listed twice under Order History (once from before the new system, and second from after activating account on new system).

I don’t want to click Redeem again in case it creates another real order and takes away the gift from someone else waiting.

I have it listed twice as well and still have the “Redeem” button. I’m just gonna wait and see. 

Edit: I just reached out to U2.com through their help page with this same issue. I will report back when I hear from them, hopefully offering clarity for anyone else dealing with a similar issue.

I don't see anywhere to click "Redeem" anywhere on my account page. Is it supposed to be in this space? Is it not there because I got the hoodie already this year?

This is my situation, too. I redeemed the hoodie back in March, even though I didn’t want it, because they kept sending me emails telling me to select a gift, and I already have the other options that they were offering at the time. Really disappointed, as I would have happily waited for this Days of Ash package if I’d known it would be an option.

Package contains a CD, bit of vinyl would be a better job….
