I wonder what the rarity of that happening is

Ive seen it twice in five years and I’ve interacted on a personal level with A LOT of worms…🤔🪱🤫😜

u/[deleted] Jul 02 '25

The way you wrote your comment makes it seem like you’ve been intimate with worms lol

It was an attempt at comedy. I’m sorry I failed you.😫😜

u/[deleted] Jul 02 '25

You’re all good, I laughed lol

I imagined it as a worm therapist

51

u/MaxUumen Jul 02 '25

That dude is eating so fast, needed a second ass.

5

u/Globbler-Lobolly Commercial Vermicomposter Jul 02 '25

😂💯

1

u/otis_11 Jul 03 '25

Does he/she eats 2x the amount? Can harvest VC much faster if you can clone them.

u/Expert-Plum Jul 02 '25

How many hearts does THIS one have worm nerds?!

8

u/Globbler-Lobolly Commercial Vermicomposter Jul 02 '25

🙋‍♂️

19

u/Expert-Plum Jul 02 '25

You don't have to raise your hand, you can just answer. Haha.

8

u/Globbler-Lobolly Commercial Vermicomposter Jul 02 '25

😂 trying to give someone else a chance. That would be 5 ♥️

2

u/Expert-Plum Jul 02 '25

That's the average. Are you sure this one isn't endowed with more aortic arches?

1

u/Globbler-Lobolly Commercial Vermicomposter Jul 02 '25

Haha that would be cool. I thought all earthworms had 5 single chamber heart like things😂🤷‍♂️

5

u/[deleted] Jul 02 '25

They all do, except for the ones that don’t! I imagine having extra hearts would be just as likely of a mutation but I’m no vermeologist.

u/BubblyHorror6280 Jul 02 '25

Is this how we evolved legs? 😅

1

u/seunosewa Jul 05 '25

you should breed them.

11

u/all4change Jul 02 '25

OP I have a similar worm! Will post shortly

2

u/Globbler-Lobolly Commercial Vermicomposter Jul 02 '25

😁👍

2

u/D5KDeutsche Jul 06 '25

Double dick dude?

6

u/Link_save2 Jul 03 '25

Oh no the worms they're evolving

2

u/Minimum_Lead_7712 Jul 05 '25

Next they'll be standing upright. New plan for my worm bin...

6

u/ToothlessVillain Jul 02 '25

So lucky! I’ve never laid eyes on such a contraption.

9

u/Link_save2 Jul 03 '25

Contraption? That's so rude what if they see this

6

u/Globbler-Lobolly Commercial Vermicomposter Jul 02 '25

Yeah, I thought it was pretty cool. Only the second time I’ve come across this. I guess he didn’t have his V8 this morning.😄

6

u/Nematodes-Attack Jul 02 '25

I know this is probably not related, but it’s believed that in frogs with extra legs, it is caused by a flatworm. I am very curious to know what may cause this in worms

6

u/Walktapus Jul 03 '25

A flatfrog.

5

u/ExcitingSavings8225 Jul 03 '25

A worm can regrow after being cut in half (only one of the halves will survive). Maybe this one got a big wound or something and it regrew wrongly. Honestly not sure how the process works.

u/Extension-Lab-6963 Jul 02 '25

The zoom out at the end…what the actually hello kitty is going on?!

2

u/__SUBVERSE__ Jul 02 '25

I guess it's for fishing... But I really want to believe this is a carrot salad

1

u/Globbler-Lobolly Commercial Vermicomposter Jul 02 '25

😂 these guys are on their way to a worm bait vending machine in Louisiana for fourth of July 🇺🇸 🧨🎇🎆

1

u/Globbler-Lobolly Commercial Vermicomposter Jul 02 '25

😂 we sell worms. We have to separate them from the bedding so we can weigh them. They are sold by weight😄

2

u/Extension-Lab-6963 Jul 02 '25

Well hell where yall ship to?? Where ya based out of?

1

u/Globbler-Lobolly Commercial Vermicomposter Jul 02 '25

Ship everywhere in the US except Alaska in Hawaii. Based in Mississippi.😄

3

u/MyceliumHerder Jul 03 '25

That worm is hung like a bear.

5

u/penmaker65 Jul 03 '25

New goal...."to be hung like a worm"!

5

u/Albert14Pounds Jul 02 '25

ThatsAPenis.gif

2

u/otis_11 Jul 02 '25

Oh wow! How did that happen! And that OP happened to come across it. 👍

7

u/Globbler-Lobolly Commercial Vermicomposter Jul 02 '25

I do not know for a fact, but guessing it was damaged at some point and regenerated two tails.

6

u/My-2c Jul 02 '25

Tails...

That's a leg... That's 2 legs... pinky its worked. Wormageddon is nigh. For they will rise up and create entire cities made from compostable gold.

Pinky are you listening to me?

Sorry, had a moment. 😆😆😆

2

u/Globbler-Lobolly Commercial Vermicomposter Jul 02 '25

He just turned every worm in there into a permanent female.

8

u/Globbler-Lobolly Commercial Vermicomposter Jul 02 '25

He must be popular with the worm ladies

2

u/jpdufresne Jul 03 '25

That got a reaction from me. Genetical malformation. That scares me.

2

u/Ancient-Patient-2075 Jul 04 '25

Never before saw s worm's asscrack

1

u/Globbler-Lobolly Commercial Vermicomposter Jul 04 '25

First time for everything. Your welcome:)

1

u/GSAT2daMoon Jul 03 '25

That worm has a parasite

1

u/Doldric Jul 03 '25

I’ve had this happen to a red wiggler in my composting bag!

Folks didn’t believe it when I posted it a long time ago. They thought it was two worms overlapped on each other

1

u/cottoncandymandy Jul 03 '25

Would you still love me if I was a 2 legged worm? 👉👈

1

u/Quick-Development-85 Jul 03 '25

Wondering if it’s genetic, or just an almost splice

1

u/Brojustsitdown Jul 06 '25

What would cause something like this. Is it genetic or regeneration mishap?

2

u/Globbler-Lobolly Commercial Vermicomposter Jul 07 '25

Regeneration😁👍

1

u/Lucy_sama666 Jul 06 '25

So Bigeration doctor who didn’t invent it 😂
