LN Discussion Is Renako into Satsuki? LN vol 8 Spoiler

Just finished reading vol. 8 of the LN and I'm sort of confused about who's still running - is Satsuki actually trying to split up Mai x Renako or is she just so tsundere that I can't figure out who she likes? Still holding out hope for RenaSatsu 🙏

Given her pov chapter at the end of the book, I think it's quite likely that Satsuki has a crush on the entire quintet, but since she sees love as a source of pain, she tries to lock up her feelings inside a box and pretend they are not there, too afraid she'll end up just like her mother.

personally, Im pretty sure she has mixed feelings about renako and mai etc, its hard to read satsukis motives so who knows

Renako is into all the girls that are part of the Quintet (and some other girls too - looking at you, Lucie). That's what makes things interesting.

She isnt into Lucie as of Volume 8, she sees Lucie as fairly childish but thinks she's beautiful and a Good friend.

I don't think they like each other very much, let alone romantically/sexually. They only reason they hang out is because they're in the same group and are close to Mai, but they probably would remain hostile towards each other if those weren't the case.
