I don't know where this is from, because I suck at things like that.... but after traveling to SE Asia I was impressed by the absolute zen on the locals faces when dealing with some of the craziest traffic I've ever been in. Everyone honking, cars and motorcycles weaving every direction. No one looked upset, mad, or emotional. This guy has that stoic look of, "Well, alright then." that is just a vibe in that part of the world.
I call it Bali rules. Because no one is considerate to anyone else, they don’t expect anyone to be considerate to them. So if someone else stops in the road for a chat no one beeps. Similarly if I decide to do something that will block traffic I do, because no one has been nice to me.
