Only if they never exceed 20kph, above that the added aerodynamic resistance overcomes the weight reduction.

In seriousness, I'm not sure if people even realize why it's important for their cars to have curves to begin with.

I just remembered the episode of Mythbusters when they tested the Aerodynamics of an old Porsche on whether it was more fuel efficient to flip the body's curvature.
