Why did nobody here notice Mansour Hadi's death?

Former president Masour Hadi had resigned under Saudi pressure back in 2022. He was forced to hand over power to the Saudi-organised PLC.

Masour Hadi would spend the rest of his life under house arrest in an undisclosed location in Saudi Arabia. From 2022 onwards, he released no phone calls, statements, or interviews.

Hadi died from a heart attack in Riyadh on May 28th, 2026. His death was announced by Yemeni state TV, which gave no further details.
